Beano had its roots in Europe, more specifically in Italy, where it was played in the year 1530. It was the lottery at the time, and it is still played to this day in Italy. The game spread to France as well, played by the wealthy, and to Germany, as a children’s game to help them with their learning.
Traditional Bingo Game
The typical traditional bingo game consists of 75 numbered balls, and cards that players purchase to enter the game. The unique playing cards have the word “BINGO” written on them, with the numbers 1-75 in the columns underneath the letters. The numbers are completely random, and no one card has the same numbers as another.
